Caroline has experience in management consulting, eCommerce start-ups and has worked in senior management roles in the mining industry. Skilled in Management Consulting, General Management, Continuous Improvement, Business Process Improvement, and Contract Management. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) focused in Business Administration and Management from the University of Newcastle.

She lives locally and is committed to building and growing research and education in the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District.
